Full refund within thirty days on used vehicles,
sixty days on new vehicles from the date you
purchased your contract and have not incurred
a claim. If any claims have been made against
the contract, the cancellation refund will based
on a time or mileage, pro-rata method. A $25
cancellation fee will also be deducted from the
pro-rata refund. You may cancel your contract
by mailing it to the administrator along with a
notarized affidavit indicating the odometer reading
at the date of cancelation request. Pro-rata refund
method is based on the greater number of either
days in force or the unused portion of the mileage
term based upon the Vehicle Service Contract
experation mileage, less the odometer reading
at the time of cancellation request.
